"Insightful and compassionate, thorough and responsive, Monique’s approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a breath of fresh air. Her four-week “train the facilitator” series within the School of Psychology at Xavier University was a strong success. Monique remained attentive to our (nebulous!) requests, asked driving questions that helped us clarify our vision and organize our resources, and crafted a meaningful curriculum that has laid a foundation for future departmental dialogues across differences. I trust the impact of her work will continue to flourish within our University. We are so grateful for her willingness to work with us and would strongly recommend her for your next DEI event, facilitation, or talk series."
